Healing Through
Life’s Fractures
Life can leave us feeling cracked or fragmented, but those fractures can also be the starting point for transformation. Every fracture holds the possibility of growth and renewal. Through compassionate, collaborative therapy, I help individuals, couples, and families find strength, healing, and connection in their lives.
I take a big-picture approach to therapy, helping you explore how the different parts of your life and relationships interconnect. Whether you’re seeking in-person counseling in Nashville or telehealth therapy anywhere in Tennessee, we’ll work together to uncover patterns, gain insight, and create meaningful change. My goal is to empower you to better understand yourself, navigate challenges in your relationships, and take practical steps toward the life you envision.
Every client is unique. That’s why I draw from a variety of effective therapy methods—including Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy—to customize our work to fit your personality, goals, and circumstances. Whether you're feeling stuck, seeking clarity, or striving for growth, I’m here to guide you with compassion and care, offering both in-person and online therapy options to meet your needs.

Why choose therapy?
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s natural to have questions or uncertainties. You might wonder if it will help, how it works, or what to expect. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about creating a space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships in a way that feels safe and supportive. From this new understanding, you become more capable of choosing how you want to navigate life moving forward.
Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—whether that’s finding relief from stress and anxiety, working through past experiences, or building skills to navigate life’s challenges. Therapy can help you gain new insights, develop practical tools, and take steps toward the life you want.
You don’t have to have all the answers to get started. Wherever you are, we’ll begin there.
I am Seth Frank,
a Marriage and Family Therapist
Change has always been at the heart of my life’s work. Whether on college campuses, in churches, or within the community, I’ve dedicated myself to creating meaningful transformations. Now, as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I use this passion to help individuals and families who are struggling find renewed hope and a clear path forward.
In our work together, you’ll find a balance of humor, thoughtful analysis, and evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique needs. I believe that all people are capable of restoration. Life’s challenges may leave us feeling broken, but those broken pieces hold the potential for growth, wholeness, and healing. My goal is to support you in creating a life that feels restored and authentic.
My training uniquely equips me to help you: I began as a systems analyst during my undergraduate studies, developing a sharp eye for how different elements interact and influence outcomes. I then pursued philosophy and theology in my first master’s degree, deepening my understanding of meaning, purpose, and human connection. Finally, I earned a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, where I learned practical tools to foster change and healing in others.
As a pre-licensed professional with a Temporary License in Tennessee, I’m under the supervision of accomplished professionals at The Briggs Institute. This collaboration ensures that you’re receiving high-quality care grounded in expertise and compassion. Together, we can navigate the challenges you’re facing and help you move toward a life that feels whole and fulfilling.
